No Artist photos for local music library

Hi,
I have a pretty big library of albums for many artists.
Unfortunately, I cannot see pictures/images of artists in the system.
My hifiberry is connected to internet, I can ping service fanart.tv but nothing is downloaded.. See attached screen.

Album covers were downloaded without issues

Happened the same to me. I ended up doing a drag and drop of the pics manually in the browser (drag a local artist pic into the browser onto the corresponding icon - this will update the pic)

Is there any solution to this issue? I have a large library so manual operation is no option.

IMHO script update-covers has NO problem connecting to internet source for album covers, but it cannot download artist pictures.

I have the same issue on my Beocreate CX100. Album Covers are being downloaded - but not a single Artist Artwork. Any log I can look into?
