Daisy-chain: Volume control Beocreate slave module

Hi all,

is it possible to control the output volume from the slave board simultaniosly via master board? 2nd Raspi needed?

With the Beocreate profile and HiFiBerryOS it's possible to do this with a Pi only on the master. However, you need a Pi to program the slave. At least for the initial configuration it's helpful to have 2 Pi's.
Also note that this feature is experimental and we can't help if it's not working as expected.

I have been using a setup with a daisy-chained slave board without a Pi for the last two years without any problems. It was a pain to set up or modify because you need to move the Pi to the slave whenever you want to make changes to the slave setup.
