Rapsberry pi 400 and HfiBerry DAC+, HW 1.0

Hello

I need help to make my Hiffiberry work on pi400.

I tried to make Hifiberry Dac+ work on raspberry pi 400. There is no sound even though the device is recognized and visible in "aplay -l" .

Firstly, I tried to setup it up on the Ubuntu server using the config:

it did not work. I then tried HifiberryOS, and the same thing happened.

Then I tried my old Raspberry pi B+ and installed Volumio, which now works well. So it is not the hardware issue I guess.

My Hifiberry is: HfiBerry DAC+, HW 1.0 

Any suggestions are appreciated, I do not know what to try next with the pi400.

  On the OSMC the hifiberry dac+ works out of the box on the pi400. I have no idea why it did not work, on HifiberryOS.

  Probably the Pi400 isn't detected correctly. We never tried this as the Pi400 isn't really a good fit with the GPIO connector on the back. It's easy to break a board when connecting it this way.
