Two Outputs listed, LibreELEC

Can I please have clarification on why two outputs (which has the same description) is listed for my Digi2 Pro 2.2 on Raspberry Pi 4b LibreELEC 10. Is it clock related, or one for dsp add on etc? Confused why two are listed. Thanks!
