I wish to use the DIGI+ I/O for TV input to RPi4, and out via alsaloop. In a previous post HiFiBerry team wrote: "You need to know that there is a signal before reading from the SPDIF input." Does this mean that if the Pi is switched on, but alsaloop is not running, when I switch on the TV, then start alsaloop the system will work? Or must the TV be on before powering up the Pi?
I particularly wish to use the DIGI+ I/O because you also supply a neat case.
