Hi,
I bought a DAC+DSP card to put on my Raspberry 3 B+ which have OSMC installed. By just putting the hifiberry-dac overlay, the sound is working but sometimes drops when there is a quiet passage in a movie.
I tried the card with HifiberryOS and didn't encounter the drop, although I found the sound lower than on OSMC.
Is there a way to disable this behaviour without installing anything more on OSMC ?
I searched on the forum but didn't find quite my issue.

What DSP profile version did you deploy on HiFiBerryOS?
The version 12
This should be fine. I'm not sure why OSMC shows a different behaviour than HiFIBerryOS.
You might try the old "no-automute" profile instead:

But again, to clarify, I didn't install anything on Osmc. So what your saying with the no-automute is ti install first dsptoolkit to be able to use the profile?
You either need to install dsptoolkit or install the profile via HiFiBerryOS which has dsptoolkit already integrated.
