I have an AMP2 on a RP4 with latest Raspian. The hifiberry-dacplus overlay is active as confirmed with aplay -l. When playing audio using VLC, everything appears to be working OK. Play slider moves as if audio is playing but no audio from speakers.
Now the strange part. If keep everything the same except to swap out the RP4 with another RP4, everything works OK. It appears that the RP4 has failed in some way specific to just audio output. But that doesn't make much sense. The DAC is OK, and I have tried other DACs with the same results.
Has anybody seen similar problems?
