Providing power over GPIO to DSP

If I want to run the DAC+ DSP card without an RPi, I understand that I need to provide power over the GPIO header. Could you clarify which of the following are required?

1. +3.3V on pin 1
2. +5V on pin 2
3. +5V on pin 4

Also, does GND need to be connected to just one of the GND pins, or all of them (6, 9, 14, 20, 25, 30, 34 & 39)?

I know you need an RPi to program the DSP, and that it is recommended to run it with an RPi attached, but with the current global shortage of RPi boards one solution is to only have the RPi attached initially and then run the DSP stand-alone once everything sounds good.

  You need 5V and GND to one of the %V and GND pins, not all of them. No 3.3V is required.
