I would like to operate the beocreate 4 with raspberry os and 4 ohm boxes.
The maximum volume, however, is far too quiet and does not even reach room volume.
When I install Hifiberry OS the volume is ok, but the system is unusually slow and nothing for me.
What can I do? I do not find anything.
Please help!
Boot HiFIBerryOS, set volume to maximum and store settings to the DSP.
Alternatively, you can install DSPToolkit, install a DSP profile and use DSP toolkit to alter the volume

BTW: Not sure what you mean by "unusually slow", but HiFiBerryOS just plays music in the normal speed ;-)

It's definitely easier to boot HiFiBerryOS and do the settings there if you don't know anything about DSP profile.
Sorry, but this doesn't work.
I boot Hifiberry OS, set the volume to maximum and store it in the settings.
Then i boot raspberry pi os and nothing: the volume is now complete down and i can't regulate it.
I have installed dsptoolkit on raspberry os , but the command set-volume isn't supported by the profile

You need to install the DSP profile on Raspberry Pi OS. Without installing a DSP profile, you won't be able to control the volume. The DSP profile is required as it contains the meta data that are required by the software.

I did following:
dsptoolkit install-profile https://raw.githubusercontent.com/hifiberry/hifiberry-dsp/master/sample_files/xml/dspdac-noautomute.xml (the first that i found)
dsptoolkit set-volume 1
dsptoolkit set-volume 100%
dsptoolkit adjust-volume 10db
Nothing changed. The maximum volume is to low.
