is there a list of supported DAC Hats in HiFi Berry OS like IQaudio, Allo or Audiophonics?

All HiFiBerry sound cards are supported, nothing else.There's a reason that it's called HiFiBerryOS ;-)

Is there a notable difference in quality between the dac+ pro and dac2 pro?

Same dac chip?

They are very similar. If you don't want to use the DSP add-on or the headphone output, you're fine with the DAC+ Pro. For a real sound upgrade, the DAC2 HD would be the right choice.
