After the last update, I could no longer pair the Bluetooth source to my computer. I read in the upgrade description that it included a new Bluetooth player and I suspect it is causing the problem. Fortunately, the feature that reverts to the preceding version worked correctly and my setup is working again. Anybody has had a similar problem after the last upgrade? Is a fix coming?

Dennis Bartsch I can confirm that behaviour with Rpi4, DAC+ DSP and software 20210804.
While my windows 10 notebook could still connect and play sounds, the volume controle didn't work. So I tried a couple of things like restarting the Hifiberry, even restarting my notebook.
Finally I unpaired the Hifiberry under Windows and tried to pair again, which didn't work. In the scan the Hifiberry pops up but pairing fails.
From my Android Phone pairing didn't work either.
Turning Bluetooth off and on again doesn't make a difference.
Reverting to 20210531 does lead to the expected behaviour again.

Jack Hsu I have had the same bluetooth problem with my RPi 4B running software 20210804 as well. Finally got it solved by logging in SSH and using the bluetoothctl command to delete my paired devices. Afterwards the device can be paired again.

Erik de Vries I have had the same bluetooth problem using software 20210804, RPi 4B.
My iPhone still could connect, however two HP notebook's with Windows 10 couldn't connect anymore. Reverting to the prevous version (febuari 2021 release) it did work again.
I did not try using bluetoothctl, maybe this could have been solved the problem as well.
