Hello,

Now that Apple has released both Lossless audio support for Apple Music [1] and also MusicKit [2] as an SDK, WebAPI and API do you think there is the possibility to support playback from Hifiberry and Hifiberry awesome kits ?

No, as they do not provide an open API that could be used under Linux and in open source projects.
