Driver Crash ?

This is a question for a DAC+ ADC Pro card. I am new to pi / linux -- so do not claim to be able to understand the debug outputs (that I include below). I also see another post for this topic:

"TOUCHSCREEN DRIVERS OVERWRITING SOUND CARD DRIVER"

Possibly, this is what is happening here , even if this is a DSI panel?

If this is the issue here, has anyone already seen a fix for this? 

Installed on a Pi 4.
Also on the device is:

ElecLab 7" DSI touch display
SD card (external storage) in a USB slot. 

As the device is starting: 
* D1 and D2 indicators are both on for approx 8 seconds
* both go off
* D1 and D2 both on again for approx 5 scconds
* D1 flashes twice
* D1 and D2 both off


Board offers no functionality in this device

Putting the HiFiBerry card on to another P4 (no touch panel) ; the card indicators are solid on (as expected) after device is started.
