digi2 pro roon / airplay

Hi, I've now installed hifiberry on RP4, and am connecting successfully (and playing music) to roon via airplay.  However, on the hifiberry.local webpage, I can't seem to connect to roon via roon - even after checking the enable roon source button, it then automatically reverts back to being a disabled source.  Is the digi2 pro a roon ready / tested device? Or is there something I'm missing here?  thanks in advance

  Check the exact version. If you're using 20210520, that one has a bug. You can upgrade to a bugfix version by
  
  /opt/hifiberry/bin/update --experimental

  hifiberryos-20210521-pi4.img

  does the same bugfix work for this version, or is there a better version to use/

  ok, went back to an older version from github  20210408 which seems to work fine.  assuming you will fix the 2020521 version at some point.

  Hmm, I thought this had been fixed correctly already. I'll see if I can reproduce this here with the latest release.
