I've stumbled upon this. It seems to be functional software to enable Tidal connect on a Raspberry. I can install it , however it needs some tweeks and the correct config of the hifiberry card, in my case Digi Pro. Is it possible to incorporate this into the hifiberry os?

Interesting. Not sure where this comes from and what's the legal situation with it. It looks a bit like someone extracted it from some firmware which might not be legal. It's probably best if someone would create a Docker container for it to keep it out of the HiFiBerryOS sources.
It also probably won't be able to have it cooperating with other players and metadata, but it might work as a simple player in a docker container.

Here is my docker port for Hifiberry with installation instructions.

Latest version has a much simplified set-up just run the install.sh file and you should be ready to go.
Also added/fixed in latest release:
- UI can now start/stop Tidal Service
- Control volume from your Tidal Device
- Improved installation script

Could it be that the docker image currently is offline ?

"No such host" looks more like some problem with the name resolution on your system.

Strange, I can ping any dns name and did just git clone using the dns name as well. The following address do not answer anything when called with curl though :

While is DOES when using it's IP address :

I believe I have to edit the install file and change the url for the IP address?
OK, changing the default dns from 8.8.8.8 to 1.1.1.1 fixed the issue. It is now pulling correctly.
