no audio from DAC2HD

Hi, I just bought a DAC2 HD and although everything seems to be working just fine there is no audio comming from the outputs.

  Just to add on that I see that the system recognizes the sound card as Dac+Zero/Light/MiniAmp and not as a DAC2HD. Was this DAC delivered DOA? 

   

  any help is welcome.
