Hi Guys, i have 2 times the same Setup like in the Headline both have the same issue.
If i put 2 Speaker (8ohm) at the AMP2 i will get only cracks.
if i put 1 Speaker at the AMP2 it works fine.
I already have tried 12V and 18V and 24 V powersupplies.
Same Problem with Max2play and the last HifiberryOS.
My Raspberry is the Version 4 -2GB
Hopefully somebody can help.
What power supplies exactly do you use?
I used the following:

any idea how can i fix it ?
I do not have any isues with RPI2 and AMP2 and the same Power Supply and Speaker Setup.

Unfortunately I can't say. If the same setup is working with a Pi2, it might be a hardware problem of your Pi.
i checked that already also. i have used a complete new one. same trouble.... Could be something wrong with the AMP2 ?
I don't think so, as the same Amp is working fine with a Pi2. However, if you like, we can check the board in our lab.
I have in general 6 RP with 6 AMP´s
4 Setup works well RP2 with AMP2 only the 2 AMP´s with the RP4 aren´t running well.
I checked one AMP2 out of the RP4 setups with an RP4 (4GB) Brandnew. Same Problem.
My last check will be now to take a RP2 with an AMP2 out of the RP4.
I will give you a feedback.

Short Feedback, i found the problem..... shame on me, i had a bad plug connection to my rack. The Isolation of one Plug wasn´t right. But thanks for the quick response!

One Suggestion, Please develop a AMP Server :-) for 4 or more Stereo Zones together with your HifiberryOS. With the Killer Feature "Airplay 2" official by Apple :-)

While theoretically possible, this wouldn't be an open source product anymore and it would be way more expensive than the current product portfolio.
