Dear HB Team,
I use a DAC 2HD directly on a Power Amplifier and wanted to use the DAC 2HD as Preamplifier (Volume and Sound Control (via DSP)).
Since the Power Amplifier (T+A Amp8) is not having any Volume Control (to limit the issue) any noise due to Power On/Off and Change Sources are really annoying and actually dangerous for ears and equipment.
The noises due to the Power Cycling are probably hard to address due to hardware design but the noise due to the Init of the DAC Chip and switch of the source, which is actually played should be addressable.
Maybe the upcoming software controllable Power Switch can do the trick to avoid the Power on/off crackle ...
