hifiberry_setup_ SSID not showing for setup

Problem
When I flash the SD card with the last downloaded version from here, and I insert it in the Raspberry Pi 4, and I turn it on, the Wifi SSD never appears.
Additionally, I had it connected to my Amp 100 + DSP, and 2 minutes after booting I heard a pretty loud dirty noise from my speakers. Not a white noise, but more something distorted, just hope they are not broken.

Expectation
When I flash the SD card with HiFiBerryOS for Raspberry Pi 4 (downloaded today), I should see a new WiFi SSD appearing called something like hifiberry_setup_... (like described here: https://www.hifiberry.com/docs/hifiberryos/hifiberryos-configure-wifi/)

  Is you system connected to Ethernet? In this case, you won't see it at all. 
  Otherwise, just connect via Ethernet and configure your WiFi this way.

  Thank you for the quick answer.

  No, I don't have Ethernet plugged in.

  After writing this message, I tried to install Raspbian headless and configured the wifi setup using this tutorial, and it works. So my hardware setup seems to work.

  Hi,

  Just reporting that I had the same issue, as Ethernet was an option I didn't push it any further but it would be helpful to investigate this further as I ended up baking my SD card 4 times!
