Filter or prefiltering independant channel using amp2

Hi, i am considering buying the amp2 which seems perfert for my project. I am building a soundbox for a friend. I will be using a raspberry pi3b and two speakers, One tweeter and one medium, however i think i might need to make some adjustments on the signals passed to the speakers. I was wondering if it was possible to filter each channel independently, either by software on the pi3 or by programming filters on the amp2. I know that it is possible to do those kind of functions on beocrate4 but i think this board would be a little bit too overfitted for my project. Thank you in advance for your response. Nathan

  You can't program any filters on the Amp2. While you might do some filtering on the Pi, this isn't a trivial thing. Using alsaeq is possible, but it has serious drawbacks with audio quality and incompatibilities.

  If you don't need the 4 channels of the Beocreate, the Amp100 and the DSP add-on might be a good alternative.
