Spdif out permanent on and on 96khz

Hi,

 

My Amp100 runs pretty ok by now. I have a couple questions:

1.)  The SPDIF out seem to be locked to 96khz. It does not matter if the board is playing or not. Is it planned to make the Spdif out handling more transparent and relating to playing source?

For example I would like to have the output available only if a source is playing. I could imagine that a "DSP bypass" selector or a "Dont upsample" selector in the GUI could be good. I know it probably could be done in the DSP Program ;)

2.) The red LED next to "D3" is permanently low glowing.... is this expected like this? What are the purpose of these 2 LED's?

  No, we don't plan this in our own profiles. It would complicate things a lot. However, feel free to create your own DSP program, if you want to do this.

  D3: Clipping: It's perfectly fine that it's glowing
  D1: FAULT: Some problem in the output stage like over-temperature or a shortage
