If I dont install the AAMP60, then I must use an external Analog Ampli - correct ?

Hi,
Yes, this combination will work. Without the Aamp60, the DAC2HD will require an external amplifier.
The difference between the Amp2 and the Aamp60 is that the Aamp60 is just a plain analogue amplifier that requires a DAC (e.g. the DAC2HD) while the Amp2 has an integrated DAC.

The description of the Amp2 dont mention at all that it integrates a DAC. This is very interesting to know. So we can then combine in this case : Pi4 + Amp2 + PSU 12-24V - correct ?

Yes, that's right. The audio quality of the DAC2HD is definitely better than the integrated DAC in the Amp2. If you will hear a difference - that's another question and depends on your other equipment and your personal listening skills.

If you want to use the DAC2HD, you either need the Aamp60 or an external analog amplifier.
You can basically use ANY speaker. Unfortunately, the power rating of speakers is one of the most misunderstood things. This only says what's the maximu power that the speaker can accept. However, you practically NEVER run an amplifier at maximum power.
The Aamp60 works well with 4-8 Ohm impedance speakers - which means basically any speaker on the market.

I will during Xmas setup a new Pi box using Hifiberry. I already have a Pi3 + AlloBoss card connected to an external ampli but needs now to setup a all in one Pi HifiBox for another location within the house where no analog ampli is available ;-)

There is no case for this. If you want to use one of our cases, you have to decide between the DAC2HD and an external amplifier or the Amp2. Fpr both, steel cases are available.

No, it's not planned. There won't be a case for this combination from us in the foreseeable future.
But sound quality of DAC AMP2 will never compete the HIFIDAC2 HD and by consequence if I would like to bundle my choice, I should find myself a case or build one using a 3D printer. This is not ideal ...

I can't tell the exact height as I don't have the combination in my hands here. I would guess that the height is between 50 and 60mm
