Remote access to files on USB

Hi there, great job!

I was looking for a clean and light way to use my beloved HiFiBerry, now my dreams come true :)

Im riping all my CD collection to lossless files on USB hdd. It would be great to browse this hdd connected to rpi from my desktop computer, to expand or edit this collection.

And a second idea: some kind of LIRC implementation, to control HiFi system sraight from your OS.

Adding a way to enable a SAMBA server should not be too complicated and we'll probably implement this at some point.
I don't think we'll implement LIRC, but this remote is already supported:

Im using Linux desktop and I have mounted remote hdd on raspberry using fuse sshfs. It works really well.
