Cannot connect to new HiFiBerry

I have a new HiFiBerry DAC2 HD attached to a R Pi 4. All installed in beautiful white steel case.

I have installed the Hifi Berry OS as per the website suggestion using Balena Etcher. I used a card with the RPi OS on it but this appears to have been successfully over written. I attach a copy of the files on the micro SD card.

I have powered up and connected to ethernet. The power light is glowing red with the odd green flicker, and the ethernet is green/yellow.

I can see it on the local network using Google WIFI - picture attached.

However I cannot access either the IP address or open HiFiBerry local.I cannot see Wifi Berry on Spotify, Roon or Bluetooth.

What do I do next? Thank you in advance

  What's shown on the screen directly on the Pi?

  Unfortunately, the 20201020 release has a bug in the DAC2HD detection code which results in a reboot loop. You should use the older 20200908 release that you can get here:

  Do you expect to provide a new realease where the Dac2 HD loop-bug is fixed? Any schedule on when this will happen?

  As far as i've understood, the newer releases use an entirely new backend for Spotify connect, which enables higher streaming bit-quality? Using release 20200908, i am concerned that I am currently not getting the best audio experience from my Dac2 HD product...

  This has been fixed for a longer times already. 
  
  The new spotify backend won't have any impact on sound quality. If you're really looking for the best audio experience, Spotify might not be the best service in general ;-)
