I first setup the Pi3b+ with Picoreplayer successfully with mult Chromecasts working, (no HAT). Installed new DAC+Pro. Output Device: HiFiBerry DAC+ (andPro) OutputSetting: hw:CARD=sndrpihifiberry, no LED on HFB (never seen it flash actually), Only showing Chromecast devices in LMS, RaspberryPi Built-In Audio: ON (otherwise cannot see/change Output Settings to HiFiBerry choices). Only offered HiFiBerry options in the Output Settings of Squeezelite when booted with CardControl/Built-In Audio: ON. When I reboot with it off after picking Output for DAC+Pro Squeezlite won't run. I don't see any indication the board is "seen" at all. 40pin securely set, using a 5v 20amp ATX supply (after trying SMPS adapters of various sizes). Have not soldered anything on DAC+. Tried every permutation and combination of Built-In Audio ON,OFF, Output Settings:, dozens upon dozens of reboots.
So frustrating... so many hours. I need to be able to do Chromecast and HiFiBerry DAC+ output. Thank you. New-ish to RaspberryPi so kid-gloves please.
