Apple TV and Bluetooth Test Please??

Hey all, So I want the DAC2 when it comes out- but I am worried about video/audio lag. I often use a bluetooth speaker for audio from my Apple TV, so I can have clear sound, at a close distance, and at a lower volume- so I don't disturb those around me.

Since I am waiting, I tried a couple of competitors to see how it worked, nether did after 2 attempts on EtcherCloud and Raspbian Lite. The video lag and dropped signal was terrible, I was 3 ft away with direct line of sight.

Does anyone have an AppleTV and could test this out for me please?

  Just for clarification: This delay has nothing to do with the hardware at all. If you want to do some test you have to experiment with software. A different sound card won't have any effect on this.

  Yes, I am looking to test the HiFiBerry OS, You need to have a HifiBerry hat installed to use the OS. ( Source:https://support.hifiberry.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360011106477-Does-HifiBerry-OS-work-withOUT-a-HifiBerry-HAT- )

  I did try installing the OS and the OS connected via Bluetooth, Spotify, and Airplay- but no sound came out of my speaker via the 3.5mm or my TV on mini HDMI- which proves the source accurate.

  I do not have any questions about the quality of the hardware- only software- related to lag when watching video via Bluetooth connection. (AppleTV is an airplay receiver and does not transmit a signal)
