AMP2 popping sound after music stops

Good Morning,

I have a strange popping sound on the left channel, it happens 5-7 seconds after I stop playing music (no matter from which source).

  Hi Frank,

  I can't be any help at all, but just wanted to say that I've also started experiencing this over the last few weeks.

  My problem seems to appear after some time, but when the popping starts, it's consistent and won't stop until the squeezelite service is stopped or the Pi is shutdown.

  I original thought this might be related to heat, but I have 2 Pi's with AMP2's running in the same case, and the second Pi doesn't have the same issue.

  Hope someone can help.

  Hi everybody,

  have the same problem with the plop-plop noise when the Hifiberry is in mute. The plop-plop noise starts instantanious when in mute  (both channels).

  My configuration: Raspi 3b+ with volumio(latest release) + hifiberry Amp2 + 7" touchdisplay (driven by volumio plugin)

  Any idea to get rid of this plop-plop noise.
