I'm using the latest version of your hifiberry os.
Everything is working great.
I do have a strange thing when i use the mpd client to stream radio.
The volume sometimes increases and decreases, like a bump in the road.
This happens with every radio stream and multiple times each minute, which is annoying.
spotify and other work without any issue...
any clues :)

PS: keep up the good work!
Spotify daemon sometimes crashes and changes the volume on restart. There are some things you can do:
- disable spotify
- remove username/password from Spotify configuration as this seem to create more problems.
Unfortunately there is a bug in the spotify implementation that nobody seems to be able to fix at the moment...

Well spotify works without any issue actually, its the mpd deamon that is giving me the issues... any thoughts ?
Yes, exactly what I said before ;-) If spotify crashes in the background and gets restarted, it changes the volume even if it's not active.
Aah oke, that makes sense, so when playing spotify itself it doesn't crash, but when using other services, spotify crashes in the background and alters the volume on restart somethimes, ok clear. i'll have a deeper look into the spotify deamon then :)
