To me, it looks like the software is running right. I have version 2 installed and version 9 of the DSP program.
Please have a look at the hardware wiring, as I did not find any instructions.
I have installed right channel internally in the speaker and cables out for the left speakers.
I added the cables to the Bass to the connectors next to the power connectors
Then the next two connector are for left Bass speaker
The - after the space between the connectors - I have right tweeter and last the left tweeter
Does this look right. ?

Hi Rudi,
I looked at your picture and the cabling looks correct, so nothing wrong there. What I can't quite tell from the picture is whether or not the mute jumper is connected on the board. This should be removed, or there won't be sound. The jumper is a pair of the group of six pins to the left of the upper left corner of the Raspberry Pi in this picture, also indicated here.
Can you verify that this jumper is not installed, then we can figure out what next steps to take?

Finally, the Christmas also came to Beocreate.....you are right !
I have totally 5 Beocreate boards - the first 3 boards did not have a jumper on the mute and the last 2 boards (bought from a dealer in Germany) have a jumper installed. This is very strange ??
The packaging was not broken on the last 2 boards - so they must be directly from the factory ??
People will fall into the trap all over - maybe a small info in the package will help.
Anyway - I can recommend installing this into a Beolab 3000 - sound perfect
(by the way - the software installation went perfect this time - much better than ever !

glad to hear it was a simple fix and that the software install went great – this is what we've been working towards.
I completely agree, people get tripped by this a lot – even I have on an occasion. What I will investigate after the holidays is whether it would be possible to detect the mute jumper in software and notify the user about it.
