Beocreate and multi-room using B&O App

Hi!

I recently connnected 2 CX-100 speakers using the Hifiberry Beocreate system.

Everything is working fine :
- speakers do connect;
- Spotify is working :)

Now I would like to play all our B&O speakers simultaneously.

I have tried to use the B&O app that we already use to control a BeoSound2.

My problem : the B&O app does not detect the 2 new BeoCreate/CX-100 speakers and therefore does not allow us to setup a multiroom system.

Please note that all speakers are of course connected to the same WiFi network :)

Has anybody experienced the same problem?

  Hi Thomas,

  the B&O multiroom application isn't working with the Beocreate. It uses a closed source protocol. This isn't supported on the Beocreate as this is a pure open source solution.

  Hi Thomas,

  as already stated, BeoLink Multiroom and the Bang & Olufsen app in general is currently not supported with the system. We're investigating how to make this happen, but there's nothing to announce at this time.

  Hi,
  Just bought a Beosound 1 and enjoyed the multiroomwith ou B@O TV.
  With a bunch of loudspeakers previously used with a Beocenter 9000 it would really be great if the old speaker could be connected using To multiroom using the Beocreate!
