On my DAC+DSP I'm installing a very simple dsp profile which sets up a couple of registers by calling dsptoolkit install myprofile.xml
This succeeds, I can verify the right values are in place by using dsptoolkit read-reg.
But when I cycle the power, the registers are being reset. How do I "burn" my dsp profile?
This is not how this works. Registers are not persistent. If you want to change these you have to create a DSP profile with the correct register settings.

Probably not.
You can simply directly install the DSP program from SigmaStudio. If you use your own program, you don't have to create a DSP profile. Just write to the EEPROM via the DSP from SigmaStudio.
