I have a HiFiBerry DAC2 ADC Pro and I would like to add:
2 X TRS for input
2 X TRS for output
I see you can add cables like in this picture:

Is possible to add ad output also for headphone? How?

There is no headphone amplifier on the board. While you will get some output on high impedance headphones, it's not optimal to connect these directly. We recommend an external headphone amplifier.

And for the input/output with TRS , the connector are correct? Why there are connector with 3/4 or 6 pin?
I can't comment on these. You cna find TRS connectors with data sheets in basically any electronics retailer. No need to use Aliexpress for this to buy some parts without a data sheet.

Do you have reccomandation?
It should at least tell you what pin has what function.
