Can someone please tell me (us) what are the plans for HifiBerry?
I see there are plans for new os... audiocontrol2 scrapped for acr ...
Tell me should I stick or try to find something else?
(Because I built an awesome pair of speakers and I got insanely good sound and some audiophiles are exhilarated and they are pushing me into production... and last good version is april 2023 ... that is two years)

While I understand this, we can't commit to a specific timeline. HiFiBerryOS is a hobby project that we work on when we have free time. As this is a free giveaway, we have to prioritize product developments and customer projects. I hope you will see something in the next months, but we can't commit to it. For now, if you want to use our distribution, you can use either the older HiFiBerryOS or the newer HiFiBerryOS64. You can find both images on Github:

The first version of the next gen HiFiBerryOS will probably offer less features than the older HiFIBerryOS. We hope that the new Debian-package based approach will make it more feasible for people to contribute.
