I've just bought a HiFiBerry Amp2 that is set on a Raspberry Pi 4. I installed HiFiBerryOS. And now I realise that it's a very minimal OS for a specific purpose, where I cannot install sudo or apt-get.
Is there any other OS that gives me these options and have support for HiFiBerry drivers and software in the way it used to be (HiFiBerry Amp+ with Raspberry Pi 2B, for example)?

You can use basically any distribution that uses a kernel with the Raspberry Pi drivers. The best choice for your use case is probably Raspberry Pi OS. I recommend to use the 64bit version for new installations.
And then, should I install any driver manually for the amp2 to work or it's OK with update & upgrade?
Linux drivers are integral part of the Linux kernel. However, updating the system with the latest patches is alway recommended.
