I have several raspberry pi 2 model B with hifiberry amp+. I use the full volume or near and some of them are completely burned out (no audio or very low audio produced) as well as the 300w tweeter.
Is there any problem with playing hifiberry amp+ full volume?
NOTE: The speaker is only a tweeter (4/8 ohms, 300w, 96db). No crossover network. So when playing music bass is reaching the tweeter.

You're really using using the Amp+? This is already 8-10 years old. Are you sure this is an Amp+? We haven't had any of these in use for a very long time.

Yes, Amp+ it is. I bought it in 2016, used for a while and kept it unused in a box untill recently.
Why? How long are they supposed to last?
Anyway, you can pretend that it's a more recent model (Amp2) to answer the question I asked.

There is no "supposed" lifetime. We know of a few users that still run the first Amp, but there are very few. That's the reaosn im asking. It's good to hear that some of our first and second generation boards are still in use.
The Amp+ can't "burn out". However, running a tweeter without a crossover network is not a good idea at all. A tweeter is not supposed to run without any filtering. I'm not aware of any "normal" tweeter that would be capable of dealing with 300W of continuous power. My best guss is that your tweeter might be damaged. But I can only guess from here.

I'll follow your advice about the crossover network. But, then, I'd like to ask another question: is it safe for the hifiberry amplifier to play the raspberry at full volume for hours? Let's forget about the tweeter now.
Yes, you can. If the amplifier chip gets too hot, it automatically shuts down.
