It's been awhile since I tried to use headphones with my DAC2-based player with HiFiBerryOS (current version). I found that I could hear virtually nothing through several pairs of headphones. If I turned the volume all the way up to 100%, I could just barely hear faint music, at least enough to know it was playing something, but nowhere near enough to be listenable. When I play music through the RCA outputs, it sounds fine.
My question: is the headphone amp (or jack) toast, or is there something that could have gotten messed up in the OS/software that is causing the problem? Anyone experienced this sort of thing as well? Any suggestions would be greatly welcomed.
