HiFiBerry OS Install on Pi 5

I have been trying to get the HiFiBerry OS installed an up and running on a Pi 5 and a Amp4 Pro and I seem to be missing some important step. I've downloaded the 64 bit of the HiFiBerry OS and have used both belna etcher and raspberry pi imager and it doesn't look like the pi will boot, I plug it into a LAN connection and it never has any network activity. I thought maybe the Pi was toast and tried another Pi 5 I had on hand and the same thing.
