In the future, I'm going to build an arcade set up using the Pi. I was wondering how to connect my speakers to the amp? Is it just like connecting them to a home amp with the negative and positive bare wires? Or using some type of a connector? Also, once it is installed what do I use as the main source of power? Is their any drivers I'm going to need to install? Thank you

there are screw terminals on the Amp+. You can see this here:

Power is only applied to the Amp+. It will power the Raspberry Pi.
You need to configure the drivers for the Amp+. On Raspbian and most other distributions the drivers are already included in the kernel.
