Ok, I finally gave up on my other plan, and used your distribution for Max2Play, but I am being asked for an ID/PW at the command line during boot. Hint, please?

Hammerhead Ok, got the ID/PW from the Max2Play site (pi/raspberry) but it's not seeing the onboard WiFi card. Any help, please advise.

HiFiBerry team Hi Robert,
I recommend to post directly in the Max2Play forum, the developers of Max2Play are usually very responsive there.
Best regards,
Daniel

Hammerhead Dan, as always, thanks for your help. I downloaded their image and burned it to the card, not realizing that there was an automatic updater. Looks like they're at version 2.31 which recognized the WiFi card on my Pi3 right away. Do you figure there's any difference between their distribution and your installer program? In other words, am I "out of the woods" now, or should I revert to your distribution and use the updater?

HiFiBerry team No, you can just go with this version. Our installer doesn't change the software, but just configures it to use the HiFiBerry card.
Best regards,
Daniel
