As mentioned in another topic, I am using a Raspberry-Pi 3 with the HifiBerry DAC+ Pro as a Network Audio adapter (audio renderer). The music files are first read and processed by HQ Player Desktop in a Mac and then transfered by Ethernet to a networkaudiodaemon on the Pi which in turn feeds the DAC+.
I would like to know if the HifiBerry DAC+ Pro is performing any kind of oversampling when fed 176.4MHz/192MHz sample rates.
I would also like to know if it would be possible to bypass the DAC's digital filters.
My goal is to have all processing (upsampling and filtering) done by HQ Player Desktop.
