Noise from the hifiberry dac

there is a strange problem for my hifiberry dac

when i plug the ac power cable,the speaker got a noise

(the noise always there no matter the power is on or off)

the noise will gone after the system booting and ready to play music

  You should check the cabling. Especially shielded Ethernet cables are a known cause of trouble as they connect the ground of your audio equipment with the noisy ground of your Ethernet network.

  Hi Daniel

  i'm not using ehternet cables,only wifi

  if i change the power supply to normal usb charger

  the noise will gone

  I wonder if the noise is from the power supply(RS-15-5 Mean Well )

  But the noise will gone when volumio ready enen with the RS-15-5 Mean Well

  Hi,

  in this case the source is your power supply, if it goes away with another power supply.

  I found that there will be a noise when i touch the iron part of the PI (like the socket of the RJ45)

  even no any power plug into PI

  This sound like your ground connection has a problem somewhere. Check all cables and make sure the ground connection (including the interconnects) isn't broken somewhere.

  Hi Daniel

  After change the cable fromm the rac socket to the "OUT" (with L,GND,R), the noise was gone,thanks for your support!
