Unable to boot in Raspberry Pi with HiFiBerry Digi+....

Hi there,

I recently purchased a Raspberry Pi 2 model 2B, a Digi+ sound card, a case, a power supply a micro SD card and a USB adaptor from the HiFiberry shop.

I am unable to boot in any OS at all. The 2 arc LEDs on the RP2 board show a solid red and green light straight after powering on, but the green light never flickers at any moment, it doesn't seem to read the card. I can't figure why! What could it be that prevent it from booting?

The RP2 board? I read this is not to likely, they are tested after production, but who knows...

The Digi+ board? I removed it and tried to boot without it... No change...

The micro SD card? I used a spare micro SD I have, I get the same pattern...

The USB converter? There's little technology involved in it... I used it to install the OS on the card, it seems to work and allow files to be written on it...

The power supply? I bought it from the HiFiBerry store, so it should spec'd correctly. I live in the UK, so I am using an adaptor as it came with a European plug.

The software I am using to load the OS onto the card? I used the HiFiBerry installer found on your website and tried to flash the SD card with Volumio, Max2Play and OpenElec... I used SDFormatter before installing a new OS onto the card, the card is formatted in FAT32, I used both Windows and OS X versions...

Do I need to update kernels..?

Thanks in advance for any direction you may give me!
