I'm looking to build a dedicated Music Server and would like to capitalize on some existing good quality freeware for an OS like Android. The new Pine A64+ looks to be a good candidate over a Raspberry Pi 2B. Any chance the HiFiBerry Digi+ could have a compatible model?

Shane I also want to know that

HiFiBerry team AFAIK this board does not support any I2S audio interface. Therefore you can't add a HiFiBerry sound card.
Unfortunately there are a lot of board on the market that claim to be "Raspberry Pi" compatible, but none of them is.

Shane I find the pineA64+ can support i2s via euler bus, and HiFiBerry DAC kernel support for 3.12 or latest.
So it seems unable to build on Android 5.1.1, becuase kernel version is 3.10
It's that right? Correct me if I'm wrong !!

HiFiBerry team I don't think that the Raspberry Pi drivers will work on the A64. Also having I2S on a secondary connector makes the board incompatible.

Shane Very apprectiate to your reply.
And as the topic, will it release any version or model for pine ?

HiFiBerry team We have no plans in the near future.
I'm not sure why you would choose the Pine A64. The performance isn't really better than the Raspbery Pi 3 and the Allwinner SOC software support is usally quite bad.Best regards,
Daniel
