What happened to hifiberry OS? Years ago installation was easy, but now it's dreadful.
After installing the image, at startup it asks for logins....I didnt know them so I reinstalled configured, still it asks for login, I put in the credentials but nothing. I reinstalled without config. At startup evenually it changes from login ti interface, but I cant see buttons, the dimensions are not fitting on Rasberry Pi screen. I connected it to big screen, filled up everything. Reconneted to little screen, again it asks for country information, with no buttons...but luckily I can now access by web interface. Next problem, it doesn't recognize USB storage...Well, I'm hours busy already...it doesnt recognize ntfs?

HiFiBerry team HiFIBerryOS is designed to by configured by web browser. While there is a local browser, this is not the best way to use it. It's best to do this from a PC or a tablet.
As you say you can't past the country information screen: What did you do next to configure you storage? -
Jason Hunter Can all of this be set in the config files, just like for Raspberry Pi OS? I mean, like ssh.txt and wpa_supplicant.conf in /boot?

Bert I quit and choose LibreElec, but later I might try again.

Jason Hunter If it can't be set in the config files, then how can it be set? The only option is configuring it with a GUI? There is no way to do this from a terminal?

HiFiBerry team While it is theoretically possible, this isn't documented. What's your specific problem?

Geoff W I use RaspiOS 64-bit and it works fine with the HiFiBerry DACs I've used.
I haven't tried HiFiBerry OS so can't compare the pair.
