Hi, is the DAC+ADC known to work with the Pi Zero 2 W in USB Asynchronous Mode?

HiFiBerry team The DAC doesn't have to do anything with USB. It's directly connected to the GPIOs.

Aureliano Pisa Sorry, I should have been more clear. My understanding is that the Pi Zero 2 W can be configured as a linux gadget (usb device):

1. Is this feasible?
2. Generally speaking is the Pi Zero 2 W known to work with hifiberry OS? I see some documentation mentioning possible limitations, hoping to get an update or clarification on using hifiberry with pizero2w, and I apologize in advance if it's all out there and I failed to find it.

HiFiBerry team 1. Feasible: Probably. However, don't expect too much. We tested this several years ago. One major drawback at this time was that it was working only with a fixed sample rate and sample format.
2. HiFiBerryOS is definitely the wrong system for this setup. It's designed as a music player distribution. For configurations like this, you should start with Raspberry Pi OS and add the software you need.
