Hello,
Now i see that shippig to India is possible from the order page. Can you please confirm that shipping to india is possible? If possible i want to place an order now.

  Yes, we also ship to India. Note that this is not really fast, expect 3-4 weeks shipping duration.

  I had placed the order already, order no 32685. It is currently with the customs in india (i guess). Does the shipping cost (18 EUR) cover the customs duty already? Or do I have to pay the duty separately?

  No, our shipping costs are only for shipping. Customs rules are different in every country. We can't say if and how much Indian customs authorities charge for customs processing.

  So how do the payment of customs duty shall be? will this has to be done at the time of delivery or it has to be paid through a different medium?

  I can't say this. This depends on the local postal service. I recommend contacting your local post office. They should be able to give you more information about this.

  the local post office will take money using delivery but i dont know how does Asendia works. Currently they have just handed over to customs. What will be the mode of operation from Asendia from now?

  Hi,

  it should be delivered by your local post, Asendia is the Swiss post. Most likely you will get contacted or they explain it to you at the delivery or pickup. This is nothing we can influence, it depends on your local post office.

  Received the parcel today, the case has one small breakage, but i fixed it using glue. Otherwise everything arrived perfect. Thanks a lot for your support. I am now enjoying the hifi sound :)

  It was a small break and I was able to fix it with glue. I have taken the picture but I don't need a replacement for that. Thanks for the offer and really appreciate the care you are putting on to customer :)
