Hi,

I ordered on 17th December (#17089) and the order is still not delivered. Could I please get a tracking id? Country of delivery is Germany.

Dear Axel,

as you selected uninsured shipping, there is no tracking number. Your order has been shipped on December 19th. Note that shipping to Germany can be very slow sometimes. The reason for this is the customs processing, which can take from a few days to some weeks in Germany. Therefore, we ask for some patience. If the order does not arrive after 4-5 weeks, please get in touch with us again.
