I was wondering if I could solder a couple of vertical PCB-mount RCA jacks onto the HifiBerry DAC, so that they would face upwards and I could just pop some holes in the top of my case to expose them - that way I don't have to wire up chassis-mount connectors.
The case I have is the same one shown here: http://i2.wp.com/www.hifiberry.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/hifiberry-in-case.jpg
The jack I was looking at is this one: http://www.ebay.com/itm/12-Fuk-Hing-RCA-016-VERTICAL-RCA-JACK-WHITE-INSERT-PCB-MOUNT-PIN-PHONO-/271398142552
Would these jacks match the pin holes in the HifiBerry?
Vertical mount RCA jack?
