Power supply 20V 3A OK ?

Hi dear Hifiberry community,
I ordered a hifiberry amp+ and I'm really looking forward to it.
Regarding power supply: I found a spare power adaptor I no longer need for an old laptop. Its specs say 20V 3A. Will the amp+ cope with 20V or is 18V maximum?

  have a look here: https://www.hifiberry.com/forums/topic/max-voltage/.
  We don't recommend using anything higher then 18V for the Amp+, even though it might work, which depends in the end on your power supply.

  I will go for the 18V supply and better not try the 20V.
