When I install the drivers for my Raspberry Pi 2's touch screen display, it removes the sound card drivers.
I am using the pre-configured Raspbian image that supports the Amp+ - when I start the pi from this image the Amp+ is correctly detected as the only sound card. I then install the TFT and the sound card vanishes when I reboot.

HiFiBerry team Hi Christopher,
the HiFiBerry boards use the standard Raspberry Pi Linux kernel. Some vendors seem to create their own kernels. In this case, you have to contact the manufacturer of the touch screen to find out how to integrate the drivers or how to use it with the standard kernel. Also make sure none of the GPIOs used by the HiFiBerry board is used by your display.
Best regards
Daniel
